Our Terms and Conditions
Standard Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return the product to us, and we will either repair or replace it, or credit your account, subject to the terms outlined below. This policy applies to products purchased from Agent Zero.
This policy forms part of the Agent Zero Terms and Conditions, and any terms defined therein will have the same meaning here, unless indicated otherwise. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
Preparing Your Products for Return
To ensure your return is processed as swiftly as possible, you are responsible for the following when returning your products:
- Safely and securely package your products to protect them during transit.
- Clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel.
- Include all accessories and parts originally supplied with the product.
Failure to meet these requirements may delay the processing of your request or result in its refusal.
1. Unwanted Products
You may return an unwanted product to us at no cost, provided that:
- It is undamaged and unused.
- It is not missing any accessories or parts.
- You log a return request on our website within 30 days of the product’s delivery to you or your collection of it. After 30 days, you can only return a product if it is defective.
Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or provide a refund if you prefer).
We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return.
2. Incorrect Product Delivered
If we mistakenly deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product does not match the description on the website, please notify us, and we will collect the product from you at no cost. If the product is missing any accessories or parts, you will need to follow the process outlined in section 3 below. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, either deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if available), or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or provide a refund if you prefer).
3. Products Damaged on Delivery
If a product is damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery or collection, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We will arrange to collect the product from you at no cost. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, either repair or replace the product as soon as possible (if repair is feasible or if we have the same product in stock as a replacement), or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or provide a refund if you prefer).
4. Defective Products
We strive to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality and in good working order, free from defects.
What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacturing of a product or any feature that makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably expect in the circumstances.
The following will NOT be considered defects and will not entitle you to a return:
- Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Damage arising from negligence, misuse, or improper handling of the product.
- Damage caused by electrical surges or exposure to corrosive environments.
- Damage resulting from a failure to care for the product appropriately.
- Damage caused by unauthorised alterations to the product.
- Where the product specifications, although accurately described on the website and generally suitable for its intended purpose, do not meet your particular requirements.
- For Unboxed Deals or used products, any signs of handling and/or repackaging.
Standard Warranty
If you receive a product that is defective or of poor quality (excluding direct warranty products as discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or quality issue.
Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, either replace the product or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or provide a refund if you prefer).
Please note that any extended supplier warranty is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the supplier or manufacturer, which are usually included in a brochure or leaflet within the product packaging. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these terms and conditions.
5. Charges and Refunds
If you return a defective product to us but fail to include all the accessories and parts originally supplied with the product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, replace only the item returned, or estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and credit or refund you for the returned item only.
If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse Agent Zero for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of returning it to you.
Please note that we only refund to the original payment method used – i.e., payments made by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, and payments made by Instant EFT or COD (cash on delivery) will be refunded to your nominated bank account.
