Which courier service do you use for deliveries?
We use The Courier Guy (TCG) for all our deliveries nationwide. You can also track your order using their Track My Parcelservice to stay updated on its progress.
Do I need to wait for my payment to clear before my order is processed?
Yes, we require payment to be cleared before we can issue any stock. Once the payment has been successfully processed, your order will be prepared and dispatched as soon as possible.
