Is delivery free?
Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders over R2000. For orders under R2000, a flat rate will be applied based on your location.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Absolutely! We deliver to all major hubs across South Africa. For outlying areas, delivery times may vary slightly, but we’ll always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
Which courier service do you use for deliveries?
We use The Courier Guy (TCG) for all our deliveries nationwide. You can also track your order using their Track My Parcel service to stay updated on its progress.
Do I need to wait for my payment to clear before my order is processed?
Yes, we require payment to be cleared before we can issue any stock. Once the payment has been successfully processed, your order will be prepared and dispatched as soon as possible.
