Shipping Policy


1. Delivery Coverage

Agent Zero delivers nationwide across South Africa using The Courier Guy as our logistics partner. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address, parcel weight, and size.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

3. Delivery Times

Standard delivery within major centres: 2–4 business days.
Outlying or regional areas: 3–7 business days.
Deliveries take place on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during working hours. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

While we and our courier partners strive to meet the stated delivery times, these are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as weather, strikes, or courier network disruptions).

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has cleared.
Orders placed after 12h00 may only be dispatched the following business day.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track progress directly with The Courier Guy.

5. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery at the address provided.
Ownership of the goods only transfers to you once full payment has been received.

6. Delivery Issues

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may re-attempt delivery or hold the parcel at the nearest depot. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete. Agent Zero is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We will work with The Courier Guy to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, in line with our Returns Policy.

8. Late Deliveries

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if a delivery is unreasonably delayed and not delivered within the agreed timeframe (or within 30 days, if no timeframe was specified), you are entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
