• By using our website, you confirm that all details you provide are true, accurate, and complete.

3. Products and Availability

• We distribute smart technology products, including Igloohome and Deeper, within South Africa.
• All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.
• We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information on our site is error-free.

4. Orders and Payment

• By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms.
• Orders are only accepted once full payment has been received and we send you a confirmation email.
• We accept payment via secure payment gateways (credit card, Instant EFT, etc.).
• Prices include VAT (where applicable). Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery

• We deliver within South Africa using trusted courier partners.
• Estimated delivery times will be provided, but delays outside of our control may occur.
• Risk in the product passes to you once delivered, but ownership remains with Agent Zero until full payment has cleared.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully, as it explains your rights under South African law, including:
• The 7-day cooling-off period for online purchases (ECTA).
• The 5-day cooling-off period for direct marketing purchases (CPA).
• The 6-month implied warranty for defective goods (CPA).

7. Installation and Use of Products

• Agent Zero does not provide installation services. Many of our products are designed for self-installation, and we provide user manuals and spec sheets for your convenience.
• Where requested, we may refer you to independent installers, but we are not responsible for their work.
• You are responsible for using the products correctly and safely.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product information, and software, is owned by or licensed to Agent Zero.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agent Zero will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of our website or products, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• We are not responsible for:
• Any loss arising from misuse, negligence, or unauthorised alterations of products.
• Indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or data).
