We use The Courier Guy as they are a trusted courier for nationwide shipping, usually delivering within 2–3 days.
Yes, we ship to other African countries. In some cases, customers may handle local collection, or we can provide a shipping quote. We already work with multiple African countries.
Igloohome smart locks are designed for easy installation, and many customers choose to set them up themselves using the step-by-step user manual. If you’d prefer assistance, we have recommended installers listed on our Partners page who can help. Outside of those areas, any qualified locksmith will be able to complete the installation quickly and easily.
For extra peace of mind, you’ll also find a spec sheet and user manual under each product on our website—so you can review the installation process anytime before you buy.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number from us. Visit The Courier Guys website, enter your tracking number under “Track My Parcel”, and you’ll be able to see the status of your delivery.

We offer a 7-day return policy. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and in a resalable condition. Once we’ve received and checked the item, we’ll process your refund.

Please Include a short video showing the issue and your Bluetooth ID. (Open the igloohome app, select the lock, go to Settings, and at the top you’ll see a combination of letters and numbers—that’s your Bluetooth ID) If you’re unsure, the support team will guide you. Expect a response within 24 hours.
